aspect-input-data-scripts

A Python data pipeline built to automate the preparation of ASPECT simulation inputs. It extracts global tomography data, maps geographic coordinates to spherical chunks, substitutes CRUST1.0 densities, and dynamically injects bounds into `.prm` files.

post-process

A custom command-line interface (CLI) for evaluating ASPECT Stokes flow output. It relies on PyGMT, Pandas, and Xarray to rapidly plot generated variables like dynamic topography, stress, and strain rates against observational models.

BayHunter Gravity Module

Modifications to the open-source BayHunter MCMC inversion tool. Enables the integration of Gravity Anomaly data alongside standard surface wave and receiver function analysis via a non-linear empirical density equation.
